S Stiffeners for Rectangular Ducting
Predrilled S Stiffeners can be fitted to the outside of Rectangular Ductwork and between cross joints to strengthen the ductwork and reduce vibration.

S Stiffeners fitted to Rectangular Ducting
Flat Oval Ducting
Flat oval ducting combines the space-saving benefits of rectangular ductwork with the high level of airtightness typically associated with spiral systems, making it an efficient solution for modern HVAC installations.
Ideal for areas with limited space, it requires fewer site joints, reducing installation time and minimising air leakage. These joints can be easily sealed using standard sealants to ensure reliable performance.
Additional stiffening in the form of tie bars are fitted to comply fully with DW144 specifications for sheet metal ducts
Pre-Insulated Ductwork and Fittings
This is double-skinned ductwork constructed with an inner and outer metal casing, incorporating a 50mm layer of high-density Rockwool insulation between the skins.
This insulated core is specifically designed to deliver excellent acoustic performance by reducing noise transmission and minimising breakout from the duct system, making it ideal for noise-sensitive environments.
In addition, the Rockwool insulation provides effective thermal resistance, helping to control condensation and prevent moisture build-up within the ductwork. This not only improves overall system efficiency but also contributes to maintaining air quality and protecting the duct from long-term corrosion.
